It seems as though she fails to understand how to get out of her truck and leave a package at the bottom of the driveway and cannot communicate without getting loud at the other party. She claims she cannot get out of her vehicle to pass me a box or pass me a box through her window because my Great Pyrenees prefers to stay outside full time, regardless of how many times she has been informed that none of our animals are aggressive. I have told her to just leave them at the bottom of the gravel as it is outside of the dogs electric collar range. It would also be nice if there was a direct number for the place rather than the generic usps line as she is now not even trying to deliver our packages. I hope to get pass the automated voice message soon so I can leave a formal complaint.
