When I called I was told because I had lost the receipt there was nothing they could do. I knew this had to be wrong, but I called UPS customer service as another avenue since the Reston UPS was declining to assist with my issue. UPS customer service told me I needed to call the store I shipped the package from. So I had to call the Reston store AGAIN to request them to look up my transaction to find my tracking information. There is nothing more frustrating as a customer getting wrong information and having to call multiple different places to receive something as simple as a tracking number.
