- DSD SSep 26, 20252.0Service is so hit or miss here. If it’s walking distance to you like it is for me, maybe try. But definitely not worth a drive, go anywhere else! Twice I’ve waited for service for over 10 minutes (!!) both times thinking surely it can’t be much longer and then it is so I leave without even so much as a greeting or acknowledgment from the other people. Of course this is all on management why have one person working!

I didn't have their names but they did great Teamwork and made sure my packages were packed , labeled fragile and found the best price for shipping. Super Grateful for their Service. I had put together a custom frame and prints for a neighbor of mine whose husband had recently passed and the original print I received did not fit into the frame. I came back and asked if they could reprint or if I could return. Alicia went above the call of duty to handle my request in that moment and get it all squared away for me within 10 minutes. It was so very heartwarming to be around people who are good at what they do and also care about personal needs. I know my neighbor is gonna be so blessed by this print and I’m really grateful that I was able to get it squared away without additional hassles. Very refreshing customer service. Alicia deserves an employee of the month recognition for her kindness, compassion, and efficiency. Mahalo Nui Loa!!
- KGkelly greeneSep 11, 20241.0Absolute terrible customer service. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a place where someone behind a counter visibly rolled their eyes as I spoke. Even threw out a passive aggressive “have a nice day” with a smirk on her face as I left. It’s frustrating to deal with someone who believes they are right so much that they stop listening to you. Maybe cranky lady should slow down, listen, and be more professional, but clearly, it’s slim pickings these days when it comes to employees. Nevermind anyway, 5 minutes on the phone with someone who actually knows what they’re doing and it was confirmed that yes, angry FedEx lady was wrong.
