delivering the wrong mail consistently. refusing to remove other people’s BILLS AND PAYSTUBS from my mailbox. can’t get through on the phone for my informed delivery claim (wrong address) and they called once, left a NON WORKING CALL BACK NUMBER, and now won’t pick up the phone and have not attempted to reach back out or respond to the emails. terrible terrible customer service

My son has, more than twice, mailed me gift cards from there, none has ever made it to me. If you’re mailing anything important, go elsewhere

They need to learn how to answer the phone. Finally called, and let it ring forever. They answered after about 2 minutes ....just to put me on hold. OVER 30 min. Just gave up. I'll be much better off visiting the post office in Blacksburg.
