- HDHarmar Denny6 days ago1.0Consistently some of the poor customer service I’ve experienced in the area. They charge for UPS express envelopes or other stores have them free, and they tried to upsell you into their own express mailers. I have also had multiple poor experiences with Amazon returns, including refusal to tape up a package and pushback when returning multiple items in a single box. They need to train their staff on how to be customer, friendly and solution oriented.
