- ACAaron CFeb 24, 20265.0Extremely helpful staff. I believe the employee name was Kershaw. She looked into two of my delayed packages from the Richmond Distribution Center. She took my tracking numbers and called back promptly and left a voicemail update when I was unable to get to the phone. Overall great experience at this post office!
