I thought it was illegal to with hold mail. It's a white mini van. Didn't pick up our mail up for past 2 days then shows up today. Then trys to tells me I came by their was nothing in the mail box. I told her your lieing I've been watching for to pick it up this makes 3rd day so we can pay our utility's

Packages have been frequently sent to the wrong address, often arrive damaged from being forced to fit into tight spaces, and are still delivered even after I’ve signed documentation requesting they be held for pickup. I have reported these concerns, yet the problem remains unresolved.

I have had a PO Box at this location for almost a year and I've had packages placed in incorrect PO Boxes or lost completely on 3 separate occasions. As of recently, I ordered checks to be delivered for my personal checking account. I tracked it and when it showed 'delivered', I went to my box and noticed nothing was in there. I went to the front desk and they asked 'what box number is it', to which I said '145' and an employee beside the lady working said 'Check 541, sometimes x-name gets them mixed up'. Clearly when it comes to accuracy, the staff at this location have a kink in their system that prevents mail from being placed in correct PO Boxes. It is alarming and I hope that I am not the only customer that is having this experience.
