- NTNaomi TuckerMar 13, 20263.0I was in Portsmouth, VA; looking for a new place to live and remembered I had packages that needed to be dropped off at the Post Office. I used Google Maps to find the nearest Post Office to get my last task for the day done. I was only 2 minutes away, and there it was a Post Office that wasn't crowded Wow! Whew! I went in and got a Priority mailer and sent one of my best friend's in Alabama a gift. The guy at the counter was very professional, polite and I like the style of his hair. Sorry, I didn't get a name but if you go in and He's there you'll know exactly who I'm talking about.... I asked for some Cash Back, He said, "I don't have any." All I have is $20, - He said. I said, "I'll take that $20 off your hand!" Lol! All I needed was some pocket change. The service was very fast, I was in and out in a matter or minutes. This Post Office is tucked away off of Broad Street. Stop in, whether you're picking up or dropping off,- everyone needs to use the Postal Service some time or another. I use to live in this area a while back and this was my, "Go-To," place to mail or send packages. Everyone was always nice and pleasant but today, there is a what a person might call, (A Mouse in the house that needs to be eliminated.) I pray this situation is corrected because no one wants to work in a hostile environment. So, if you need to get "Stamps or - Post It! Mail It! "Or," Ship It! I’ve moved to a new location with a new address for the property) so every time I try to change my address I’m told I don’t need an apt #) well I have an apt #. I rushed to the post office because they are holding a pkg) claiming it’s by my request 🤣 funny I’ve been waiting for this pkg since January the last thing I would tell them is to hold my mail. I had recvd a letter saying I had to go to the post office, to clear things up … when I finally went yesterday the letter had expired … however the young lady did search for my pkg, unsuccessfully non the less! They definitely need more help ….other then the guy just sitting waiting for cust, who need help with mail. By the time the young lady came back from looking for my pkg, the line was at the door. She was willing to track it but I told her thanks anyway because her line had increased and I try another day!
- HKHello KittyFeb 6, 20261.0Whoever is responsible for the mailing to whispering Oaks needs to get their Eyes checked, because they have a really bad habit of putting mail in the wrong mailbox I had a neighbors asked me did I have their mail and yes I have received them also they gave me mail that was mines that’s was in there mail box And some other neighbors and get my mail and will be nice enough to give it to me. I don’t know these people well enough to be in my personal information all because of a mistake a mail person did
