  It is very disappointing about the service our local, community UPS gives to our area. This is not the first time I have been dissatisfied with the service/non-service this UPS store provides. My box needed a small piece of tape and they would not give my box a small piece of tape just for the corner of box. You go to USPS or FedEx in our local area, they will take your item and tape it without even thinking twice about it. However, I have to use UPS because the return company’s label is a UPS preprinted label. Shaking my head. Do better as our local community UPS. Do better.
