- MBMeghan BrooksSep 29, 20251.0*My original post was deleted.* This USPS is barely functioning. They are so under-staffed that the one worker in the store will close during working hours at random every single day. Sometimes noon, sometimes 3PM, sometimes 10AM, sometimes 1:30PM. It is very unpredictable as to when they’re actually open. I understand the one worker does need a lunch break, but business hours are business hours. This means they should hire more staff. I can cite 13 different times this has happened to me. My online business runs off orders I mail using USPS, and this store down the street from my house ideally should be convenient for me. Instead, it is a major inconvenience and a burden to my small business. I can only imagine how many others are inconvenienced by the randomness and unreliability of this office.

Door was wide open with packages siting on the counter for anyone to take. Anyone could've hopped the counter. Group of us dumbfounded and wondering why the counter was unmanned or at least doors locked.
