The elderly worker needs to retire, like others have said he insanely SLOW always find an issue with your package or shipping he is never able to scan or send anything online it’s different times we don’t all need stamps ! and if you walk in and see him working just know it will be an issue or slow service.denied my packaging because he wanted to know exactly how many cookies were in a box, I was sending snacks and food over! I don’t know how many cookies in an enclosed container! Ridiculous isn’t up with the modern technology and very rude oh and super slow if I see him I will let the person pass in front of me just to avoid him and get the kind sweet woman that works there too.

The older gentleman that works here is disrespectful and talks to you like you’re incompetent. He reached over my screen to tap the survey about my experience to rate it better than it was.

There are few places I’ve had a worse experience at than here. The man moves disrespectfully slow. He clearly has no respect for anyone’s time and it’s a slap in the face. A woman in front of me had 4 packages. After taking ages to ring them up, he then walked each…. individual…. package….. one….. by…. one…. to the bin in the back, at a snails pace….. just for the system to FAIL and have to start all over again. Meaning he’d have to go BACK to the bin…. pick them all back up…. one…. by…. one….. and start the process AGAIN. The system probably failed because he took so damn long!!!!! At this point, 10 new people had walked in, the line was out the door, and we still hadn’t even moved in 20 minutes. Even though I was next in line, I’d been in there for almost an HOUR at this point and he’s still on the same lady with her 4 packages. I drove to the next town over in Chesapeake, waited in THEIR line, and still got home faster than I would’ve if I stayed in this line.

Either this place needs to close, younger staff needs to be hired, or the old guy at the front needs to retire. He is rude to literally everyone for no reason, and calls staff at other locations idiots. Every time a customer interacts with him, they leave in a bad mood. This is insane he's allow to treat people that poorly.
