I have put up with the older gentleman’s poor customer service for many years without saying a word. Does he think that we do not see his deliberately slow sub-par service? Perhaps he has a gripe with the Post Office or the Government, but he is taking it out on US…his neighbors. Yesterday, his “service” was so poor, I had to cancel my transaction and find another post office. Maybe he thinks he is fighting the good fight, but the result is long lines, poor customer service, and endless frustration for the people in his own community.

Young woman at the post office always provides as exceptional service as possible. Older gentleman is rude, unprofessional, lazy, and out right needs to just be fired. Everyone who goes to this post office and has an issue with him needs to make a formal complaint to usps as I have done as not only does he just not efficiently do his job but doesnt even scan prepaid labels at times leaving packages in limbo without tracking leaving buyer scared of being scammed. This has tainted my reputation several times and has put me on the verge of filing a lawsuit against this post office. Correct these actions immediately or face legal consequences.
