She was very patient and very helpful. She was helping many people and was very time efficient. And the other ladies at the counter greeted everyone with a smile and all had positive attitudes. Giving thanks to all these wonderful people that made my friends complicated situation feel less stressful.

It and the other packages were marked delivered an hour and a half before they were actually delivered as shown in the pictures. And of course USPS makes it super difficult to report a claim.
