The secretary Lisa is absolutely amazing. I won't get into details, but I had a huge dilemma and she went above and beyond to help my brother who is in Hawaii via myself. I don't know who the carrier is that helped, but I want to thank them also. In a world where we have a lot of people that don't half do their jobs, she definitely did hers and then some. Thank you again. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Absolute complete waste of time going to this location. I stood for forty minutes to send a priority piece of mail while the one employee behind the counter would assist others not in line. This location is a prime example of why the government should terminate the USPS, go to FedEdx or UPS.

If I could give this Post Office negative stars, I would. This Post Office decided to mark that I rejected a package that was not attempted to be delivered to me (8/27/2025). After contacting the Post Office, I was told I could pick the package up in-person at the retail location. I showed up to pick the package up the next day (8/28/2025) and the worker stated he returned the package to the sender immediately. I spent all day trying to get the package rerouted back to me through the 1-800 number, and I was repeatedly told it couldn't be rerouted to me. 8/29/2025 I find out they supposedly attempted to deliver my package to me again, but never did. I contact the 1-800 number again, and I'm told they redirected my package to a different Post Office. I go into that store, and they show me they never had the package, and state it's back at the Petersburg location. I immediately contact the Petersburg Post Office, and I'm told the package isn't there, but they'll check if it is. It's currently been an hour since I was told they would check if it's there and I haven't received a response. The Post Office has stopped updating my tracking at this point, so there is no way for me to track this package at this point without verifying with a human where it's at. This entire process has been the fault of the Post Office, including the 1-800 portion. The attitude from every worker I've come in contact with is that the Post Office does no wrong and I'm obviously at fault for their failure to deliver. Meanwhile, I've received packages from FedEx and UPS with no issues of any kind. Please, for the love of God, 100% defund and eliminate the federal postal service. It's unbelievably inefficient and unable to do the simplest of tasks.
