Due to inclement weather, my Certified Mail took 17 days navigating the network across North Carolina. The Penhook Post Office team took ownership of the situation, tracked the mail down, and went above and beyond to resolve it. Rosemary personally drove to the Glade Hill Post Office to retrieve my mail and then contacted me to let me know it had been secured. This level of service was truly exceptional. I would also like to recognize the Management team for their support and involvement throughout the process. You simply don’t find this kind of commitment and personal care everywhere — it’s the kind of service you expect from a small town like Penhook, and it’s deeply appreciated.

Came back and it was busy but the girl was good at her job and had everyone thru at a good pace. So much different than the big city that we came from, they never closed for lunch there was always someone there to help, but they weren't friendly like up here. I'm so glad to live here and have a great post office that I can trust.
