She was more than kind and did her best to help , despite the fact that the boxes are still not going to arrive on time due to someone's negligence at an office in Maryland, where the packages are now. But we want to say Thank you to Twana Brookes for all her help and compassion for our situation. Keep up the good work , Twana , we need more people like you.
