I ordered an Amazon package to be delivered to my mother’s house in my name. USPS was to make the delivery. USPS marked the package as undeliverable because the addressee (me) is not known at the address. It’s a small town so either the mail carrier decided that he/she didn’t recognize my name therefore it couldn’t be delivered to my mom’s house or they went to the wrong address where it was refused and I don’t think it was the latter. WHO are yall to make that call??? Do your job and deliver packages to the address listed. That’s it.

I don’t know if they have new staff or what but I hadn’t been in the post office for a long time. I always remember having a good interaction when I did go. Lately, I have been going to the post office and the 2 ladies who assisted me were very unkind. The African American lady was very rude and acted as if I was bothering her at work. Her attitude was the worst of the two. Both the African American and Caucasian ladies I interacted with didn’t smile, and didn’t greet you when you got to the counter. I hope in the near future this changes.

I love coming to this post office! All the staff and local drivers are awesome! I've only been here for 4 years and drop off my Etsy packages or have them picked up, I have had some minor issues out of their control but everything was always handled professionally and efficiently. They are friendly and direct so thank you for all the hard work you guys do!

The Orange post office is a joke, and not a funny one. I came in for a routine passport paperwork review, and the staff acted like I was asking them to climb Mount Everest. I stood there like an idiot for five minutes before anyone even looked my way. When someone finally dragged themselves over, the attitude was pure hostility. The woman reviewing my paperwork had the personality of a rabid animal—snapping, rolling her eyes, and making it clear that customers are an inconvenience. Is this what USPS is now? Taxpayers are footing the bill for federal salaries and benefits, and in return we get employees who can’t be bothered to do their jobs with a shred of basic decency. Surly, rude, dismissive—that’s the standard here. Absolutely pathetic. Be grateful this isn’t my regular post office, because I wouldn’t put up with this garbage twice.
