- PCPat CoreaApr 5, 20261.0My daughter and I went there on Sat morning (April 4th) to renew her passport. We were walk-ins seeing that we didn’t have an appointment. She made a trip back from college just for that reason. When it was our turn to drop off the application, the lady behind the insisted that we needed my daughters birth certificate because she was 16 when she last renewed her passport. There was nothing on the website that indicated that we needed her birth certificate. She asked us to come back with her birth certificate and she will try and fit us in. We rushed back only to be informed that she can’t fit us in. Our best bet was to go to Merrifield the next day. We went there on Sunday and dropped off her application and they never asked for her birth certificate. Be consistent please and also try to have a friendlier tone in your voice. Learn the rules lady Will never come back here.

Please notify customers if you cant fulfill your agreements
