- LYLokHin Yik3 days ago5.0I usually go early in the morning when there’s little to no line. Never had an issue with the staff. They were friendly, polite, and provided a professional customer service. Sometimes they work a bit slower due to passport appointments but it’s an understandable problem. Just gotta have a little bit of patience. Never had a negative interaction here.
- MGMadhu GottumukkalaDec 29, 20251.0This location has the most useless staff and very rude. This location has passport acceptance facility. I was here for a 10:45 appointment and I made sure to show up 20 mins ahead because I am prepared. They won’t call you when your appointment slot comes up. And when I ask, tell them about my appointment, the lady looks at you and at the clock like I was either late to my appointment or it was not time yet. Then quickly learning that it is 10:46, she says, we always run late, I am doing best, you can sit there. No seats. So we just stand for another x minutes. Just to give you an idea, 3 people at the counter and appointments are in 15 min slots to book. You shouldn’t be in public facing jobs if you don’t know what customer service is. And don’t ever work for government if you don’t want to provide service. And finally at 11:10 i get called, and after finishing the job, she asks for feedback. When I start giving her feedback, she gets upset and cuts me short to leave.

She started speaking to me with less and less respect, and I left the post office in tears. I’ve never felt so dismissed or embarrassed just trying to send a package. October 29 at 12:00 PM
