  Turned down customer with “registers closed excuse” wouldn't give me any options and mentioned all ups stores will not open till Monday. Actually few of them are open on Sunday and can help. This location just has fee lazy people that are not willing to talk or help. I came on a Saturday at 4:55, maybe late but at least some help or options are appreciated specially when you are open till 5:00.

  I had such a great experience at this UPS Store today! I’d just come from the post office where I was treated pretty poorly, but the customer service here completely turned my day around. One of the employees (I wish I’d gotten his name!) saw me struggling to get the door open and came right over to help. He was so kind and patient, and even set up a system for me so I’ll be ready next time I come in. It honestly made me forget about the earlier situation — his kindness really made my day.

  I come to this UPS location often because I have a business and do frequent Amazon returns, and Dalil at the Hunter’s Mill UPS is always so patient and kind. He even remembers things we’ve talked about before and asks about them the next time I come in — that really means a lot. Today, the Amazon returns system wasn’t working at first, but he kindly asked me to be patient, and once it came back online, he helped me process several returns with ease. I truly appreciate his patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness. He doesn’t treat me like just another customer — it really shows that he enjoys his job and cares about helping people. Even the manager, Alex came over to offer assistance, which just added to the great experience. Excellent customer service all around!

  Lied about the internet not working after scanning and looking up my item. Wouldn’t recommend this location. This happened 10/22/2025 in the morning. The store mangers pleasant reply This is Alex the store manager at the UPS Store in Oakton. I just received your email and google review. I would be more than happy to clarify things for you. YES, we are indeed having issues with Amazon at the moment, as it seems that some of their services are down and we cannot scan in any amazon returns at the moment. You can even go into your amazon orders on the amazon app right now and see that they have a warning displayed at the very top about them experiencing some technical issues. You were not lied to and it was not "because the associate did not want to do it". As you know here at the UPS Store we offer MANY services, not just Amazon returns. Yes, other customers could be helped. Some things are scanning (like prepaid labels, mobile codes etc.) while other services are down and having issues (like Amazon). I hope this clarifies the situation for you and I would appreciate it next time if before jumping to conclusions (and pointing fingers) or leaving negative reviews you take a moment to wait for management to address your concerns.
