After waiting several hours past the normal delivery time frame I went down to the local office to inquire. I was met with a rude impatient employee who informed me that there was really nothing they can do and basically scolded me. I got a lot of excuses about them being really behind and honestly I just find that ridiculous. If you’re short handed hire people and adjust your schedules. Norton USPS is a joke

I have witnessed him chewing out his employees publicly and getting into verbal fights with customers over silly things. I have been going to this post office for the past 41 years, and it has always been a friendly, helpful place -- until this new postmaster came. He is ruining our little post office. I feel sorry for his employees.

Tracking info online will say parcel delivered but it's not in your p.o.box so you don't even know when your mail is actually delivered. Will not renew my p.o.box at this post office. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
