When I try to return to sender, put the flag up, the carrier doesn’t pick it up! Amazon says I have a package at the post office but have yet to receive a notification from the post office (2 weeks). I filed a complaint with USPS, local post master closed it.

This morning, a delivery person tied a package to the post (still against USPS policy!), which took more time than it would've taken to walk it to the door. Also, the knot was so tight I had to cut the bag. Apparently, local post offices don't have phone numbers, so I called the 800 customer service number. That was a dead end. No talk to representative option. I have filed a complaint online. We're beyond over this bullcrap.
