- VWVicky WolfordJan 16, 20251.0I have lived in my house for over 2 years, rarely get mail for myself (I live alone) but get a ton of mail for other people. When I try to return to sender, put the flag up, the carrier doesn’t pick it up! Amazon says I have a package at the post office but have yet to receive a notification from the post office (2 weeks). I filed a complaint with USPS, local post master closed it.
- AFAmanda FranquetMay 11, 20212.0For several months, privately contracted delivery people placed heavy packages in bags and hung them on our mailbox flag (which is against USPS policy), so we removed it. This morning, a delivery person tied a package to the post (still against USPS policy!), which took more time than it would've taken to walk it to the door. Also, the knot was so tight I had to cut the bag. Apparently, local post offices don't have phone numbers, so I called the 800 customer service number. That was a dead end. No talk to representative option. I have filed a complaint online. We're beyond over this bullcrap.
