- GMGrace MavodzaApr 2, 20265.0I went here as a walk-in for their passport services. It's so easy to complain, but I wanted to give the two ladies who were holding down the fort their flowers, cause in all fairness, they did NOT need to stay late to cater to us, but they did. For context, I never wanted to be a walk-in. I had booked passport appointments at two separate locations earlier in the month and both my appointments were canceled the day of each time, with no explanation and just instructions to go to 101 N. Pinetta Drive as a walk-in. I had time today, so I went. And God knows, whatever you pay the ladies there, it's not nearly enough. They're literally carrying the load of MULTIPLE USPS offices that should be assisting in processing passports and they are doing it with a smile and the patience of a saint. If anyone wants to complain about USPS (in general), complain about the fact that they are understaffed, which is forcing folks to really push their own limits to keep services available, but don't complain about the people who are actually showing up to do their job. I see you and I appreciate you. Thank you so much for getting us sorted today!
