  They lost one of my packages and not shortly afterwards they marked my address as no access attempted delivery for a different package when there’s no obstructions to get to my house, no pets and I’m not in a gated community. They didn’t leave any slip about it either. When they reattempted that delivery they marked it delivered, but I never got my packages it wasn’t in my mailbox nor on my property and I was home all day waiting for the mail. I call and no one ever answers the phone it goes straight to dial tone. When I do actually get mail it’s like I’m last on the route because it’s at the end of the day where when I have issues I have to wait til the following day to attempt to report it. This all makes me nervous to order anything or get gifts in the mail because they have lied about delivery, misdeliver or lost package. The mailmen are so in a rush if you had a question you won’t catch them even if you wait for mail because they speed off in vehicle and barely ever get out of it. I moved here and notice big difference compared to how mail is treated from where I previously lived the mailmen there seem to actually enjoy their job and I always got mail early in day than late at night. I hope things improve because I work with people who send me important packages in mail every month for a job and I won’t be able to do that job if don’t get packages.

  I really dont understand how the post office worker can say they put a 15×15 box in my mailbox which is a lie I would like to know where my package is!!!!!!

  Terrible Postal Service!!! If it’s important you can be sure they lose it or it’s marked delivered on my informed delivery and never delivered!!!!! The incompetency is beyond repair and I am tired of having to go through this!!!! It is Always Always something!!!! You can’t even talk to a customer service person on the phone!!! How do you lose packages??!!!!! Meadowdale Post Office needs to get it together!!!!!

  There was a male employee working the front counter. He was extremely rude to at least three customers from what I saw. During my entire experience today, the employee was constantly on his cell phone, calling customers up with his eyes glued to his cellphone. He made a woman remove the battery from birthday card that sang a song and was so rude about the whole situation, the woman was crushed that she destroyed her card. This type of behavior needs to be corrected immediately.
