During my entire experience today, the employee was constantly on his cell phone, calling customers up with his eyes glued to his cellphone. He made a woman remove the battery from birthday card that sang a song and was so rude about the whole situation, the woman was crushed that she destroyed her card. This type of behavior needs to be corrected immediately.
