    Sydney refused to complete a transaction due I had an express envelope, I needed to send a document using ground service, I called to another UPS store, I did it on speaker so he listened from the person in the other UPS store that there is not problem at all to use that envelope for ground service. I got angry really bad I did course him, I took a picture of him there after he followed me out of the store people in the store witnessed the situation because my wife was there earlier trying to send the documents in the express envelope and he was rude with her. I know that it doesn't matter if you use an envelope like that, I deliver every day envelopes that says Express with ground levels on it.

    One of the employees working today was very obtuse. I had a shipment for standard delivery, but I had a UPS Express envelope. I asked someone who works directly with UPS, and they told me that the envelope could be used for any shipment, that it wasn't a problem, and that the important thing was the printed label. However, the UPS employee was forcing me to buy another envelope, and he was also very rude when he was helping me. I had used that same envelope before, and they never told me I had to buy another one. This employee provided terrible service.

    Watch out when dealing with this location. I overnighted a package for a friend who was on vacation who forgot a medical piece of equipment. The piece did not get there as expected. My friend (the recipient) filed a claim for a refund. I received a call a week ago saying there was a refund check in my name at the location. I have moved across country and asked for the check to be sent to me and the employee said they had to check and get back with me. I never heard back. Was surprised that it was not credited to the credit card that was used. I called back today and spoke with the manager, Sidney and was told point blank that I had to pay for the check to be sent to me. He was rude, curt, and made no effort to help. Point blank answers of no, can’t do that, etc. I asked for owners contact, no again. I have to pay for my refund check to be sent to me?? Unacceptable! Trying to get in contact with corporate to get resolve. I would have expected much better customer service from UPS to do the right thing for its customers.

    I have been dropping my Amazon FBA packages off here for 2 years now and there has always been a dolly of some sort to take my heavy packages into the store. Recently there has not been anything to help me get my packages in, and I usually have 5-10 30-50lb boxes everytime! The last 2 times a very nice young man brought my boxes in for me, but tonight there was 2 men working and there was no dolly, no other customers in the store, and neither of them even offered to hold the door for me as I struggled with getting in all my boxes inside one by one. I find this very rude and extremely poor customer service!! I’m flabbergasted at how 2 grown men just stood there and watched while I (a young lady) struggles with heavy boxes and did they not even offer to hold the door!!?? I’m so upset with this store. I might have to find another location to use! Who raised these guys!?? And why hire someone with no morals or manners?? With these rude guys working here, there should always be some kind of cart in the store! There used to be 2 in the store at all times and for weeks now there has been none! Totally unacceptable!!

    Was called sir and almost a dude, didn’t apologize for it. Couldn’t even get my email printed also. But I got my equipment returned. Thank god I don’t like here. But karma is real.
