  I had an excellent experience at this location. Despite the heavy snow, the staff welcomed me warmly and received me with a smile the moment I walked in. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They handled my shipping needs with care, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. The store is clean, well-organized, and you can tell the team truly cares about customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be returning for all my shipping, printing, and packaging needs. Highly recommend this UPS Store!

  I will never use UPS again. I took a large item to these “shipping experts”. The item arrived damaged. I attempted to file a claim using the website listed on my receipt. When I couldn’t get the claim to go through on the website, the website instructed me to go directly to the UPS store. So I went back to the UPS store to file a claim. The two clerks in the store immediately dismissed me and told me I had to call a 1-800 number because they couldn’t help me with a claim. I called the 1-800 number who then transferred me to the claims department, which was closed. I called the 800 number again during business hours only to be told they couldn’t help me and that I needed to go to the UPS store. When I told the person on the phone that I had already gone to the store and the store wouldn’t help me, she gave me corporate’s phone number. I contacted corporate and they told me they couldn’t help me with a claim, all they could do was file a complaint with the store. So not only was the shipping process totally unsatisfactory, the follow up customer service was even worse. What a horrible business model. I’ll definitely go to FedEx for all my future shipping needs. Update: After several more attempts, I was able to file a claim online and was refunded the shipping costs plus the included insurance amount. Which unfortunately won’t cover the damage. Make sure you buy the extra insurance.

  Sydney refused to complete a transaction due I had an express envelope, I needed to send a document using ground service, I called to another UPS store, I did it on speaker so he listened from the person in the other UPS store that there is not problem at all to use that envelope for ground service. I got angry really bad I did course him, I took a picture of him there after he followed me out of the store people in the store witnessed the situation because my wife was there earlier trying to send the documents in the express envelope and he was rude with her. I know that it doesn't matter if you use an envelope like that, I deliver every day envelopes that says Express with ground levels on it.
