- JMJacqui MJul 25, 20245.0I have passed this post office for a couple of years now. I've read the reviews twice over and with a pensive heart, I decided to come to this little post office. Mrs Pitts was absolutely wonderful and helpful. She even found a box that would fit my needs better than what was in the lobby. Once my transaction was completed. She told me about her upcoming weekend. I shared with her that a good co-worker is leaving for a higher paying job. She could see that I was a little sad. She gave me the most loving, grandmother talk, that I didn't know I needed. We both said goodbye holding hands and in tears. What the heck just happened....at the Post Office??? Well, I forsee many more trips, here. Oh my goodness, still in tears 🥹

- CCcherry careyDec 10, 20161.0Very rude staff!!! They don't know there rules and regulations. The girl asked what I was mailing and I told her and she immediately said "you can't mail that!!!!!" I could have easily lied but i didnt, i told the truth. When I told her that I could mail ground.. She says "oh" and proceeded to process my packages. Had I NOT told her THEIR RULES, I would have walked out without my items being shipped. When I asked her WHY did my items need to be shipped ground( because it didn't make sense) she immediately became defensive and the guy named Terrell who was waiting on a customer felt the need to chime in which was an entire different conversation because he inserted himself into a conversation he knew nothing of nor did he correctly answer the question. That's probably why its best to work with one customer at a time and not assume. As for the girl, she was a young rude black girl and had she been wearing a name tag, I could tell you her name. Please get employees who are knowledgeable and willing to assist customers. The attitudes were rude and they acted as if customer service didn't exist!!!

The postal worker ran to lock the door while we were getting an envelope to send the notebooks he needed. I'm leaving for a business trip tomorrow and only got the letter yesterday. And when we left we noticed the flag wasn't even up. Laziest postal worker ever, she has probably never moved as fast as she did to lock us out. I guess I'll let fedex take care of this for me.
