- JMJacqui MJul 25, 20245.0I have passed this post office for a couple of years now. I've read the reviews twice over and with a pensive heart, I decided to come to this little post office. Mrs Pitts was absolutely wonderful and helpful. She even found a box that would fit my needs better than what was in the lobby. Once my transaction was completed. She told me about her upcoming weekend. I shared with her that a good co-worker is leaving for a higher paying job. She could see that I was a little sad. She gave me the most loving, grandmother talk, that I didn't know I needed. We both said goodbye holding hands and in tears. What the heck just happened....at the Post Office??? Well, I forsee many more trips, here. Oh my goodness, still in tears 🥹
- MJMaggie JordanMar 20, 20241.0Mailed my wedding invitations from here and asked for hand cancelation, to which the woman replied “yes.” The invitation I self-addressed comes in clearly sent through machine canceling and covered in ink and wrinkles. It’s one thing if they said no, or no guarantees, but don’t lie. Very disappointed.

We I just needed to send a small package. Figured in and out. Well thanks to Carol Pitts my live is so much better. I was on the way to my doctors cause my anxiety was so bad from the covid 19 outbreak. Yes I am currently out of work. The words that she spoke is truly a blessing. Very few but bigger than life. What a truly truly blessing. Thank you. thank you . The world is such a better place what a true true hero.

- HJHerrick JohnsonSep 5, 20151.0My girlfriend and I walked in to mail a package to my brother who is a U.S. Marine deployed in a combat zone. The postal worker ran to lock the door while we were getting an envelope to send the notebooks he needed. I'm leaving for a business trip tomorrow and only got the letter yesterday. And when we left we noticed the flag wasn't even up. Laziest postal worker ever, she has probably never moved as fast as she did to lock us out. I guess I'll let fedex take care of this for me.
