- A9antwan 9192 days ago1.0They delivered my package to the wrong address. It supposed to go to Norfolk but they sent it to Chesapeake. Weird.

- TMTanee' McleanApr 4, 20261.0this place exemplifies the example of what the worse customer service could be like. imagine having an passport appt and coming in a few minutes earlier than your set time and having majority of your documents for your passport application but just missing a photo copy of your birth certificate and ID and being told by the blonde lady "well if you can run to the ups store on 21st and make it back in time for your appt i'll still do it" with the store being 10 minutes from the postal office . if this is what customer service has reached in today's society then I don't want it especially not from here. I work in healthcare and would never show a lack of basic human decency

- MHMegan HicksMar 6, 20261.0Package that I'm ordering have been stopping at this office but instead of being placed as in transit this place is marking them as out for delivery. I live in Newport News. So now when the Norfolk office "delivers" my package to the Hampton office it's marked at delivered. Train your people better! Nothing should be getting marked as out for delivery at 8pm from the post office. I have to sit and wonder if my package will get delivered the next day or if it's actually lost.
