Despite the posted hours on the door and Google Maps stating they are open from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, the office was dark and appeared closed. To make matters more frustrating, the contact number listed on the door appears to be a fax line, making it impossible to reach management for clarification. It is disappointing to see such a lack of coordination regarding operating hours and public information. Accurate scheduling is essential for a service-oriented facility.
