  Rose an employee at UPS branch on 22nd street was amazing helping me out at this location. From my experience with customer service and interactions with UPS branches since I have to deal with them a lot, she put my mind at ease with aiding my transaction. She has the best I’ve seen thus far thank you so much Rose!!

  I always have the best experience at this UPS. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I typically just do returns here but I was shipping a package on my last visit and Rose was extremely helpful on a busy Saturday.

  customer service here is always amazing! it’s literally the only ups store that i go to. i had a not so well taped together return from amazon to drop off and Shreya happily helped me carry the box in from my car. i would leave more than 5 stars if i could. the employees here always go above and beyond. everybody needs a raise!

  I have gone to this UPS store multiple times, and each time, I have an awful experience. It seems the owner loves to make up rules, like 100% ID checks, adding extra shipping insurance without letting you know about additional cost (“it’s only like $2”), and not being clear in all price options for shipping. If they create your shipping label after 5PM, it will not be scanned / tracking information will not be available until the FOLLOWING DAY at 7PM. I love having a local UPS store, but be aware of small shifts that make a big difference in the usual UPS experience.
