- MAMiranda AndersonFeb 7, 20261.0The delivery drivers constantly try to deliver my packages to the shop below me and not my house even though there is a sign clearly posted on the shop door stating “All deliveries to other door” with an arrow showing where to go. My house has a ring doorbell on the front and a porch light for the delivery drivers. At this point I’ve had products delivered broken, medications delivered ruined, and this location needs some serious reevaluation on how they’re operating!!

I don’t see how this place has a good rating. 3 days in a row, my package that my mom sent to me for me and my daughter has not shown up. First driver day 1 and 2 ( same guy) was by my house and still didn’t drop it off. Stated it will come at the end of the day, that was a lie. Third day different driver stated package was coming 11:30am-3:30pm and then end of day. Didn’t come at all. I am just convinced I will never be getting my package that my mom sent for me. Customer service doesn’t help with a thing. Highly irritated. I wouldn’t be surprised if I didn’t see my package until my due date which is February. Definitely will tell my mom not to go through fedex again.

I will be surprised if any package isn’t delivered without holes, rips, or if internal… product broken, smashed, or broken. FedEx is the only way as far as I’m concerned!
