They’re mail carriers lose and steal packages, and then when you report them with all the evidence to support your claim to have your items replaced; they deny your online claim. This location needs to be investigated and shut down!!!!

If I could give this post office a lesser rating I definitely would. This place deserves a ZERO rating. Tried numerous times throughout this afternoon to talk to someone about a letter that was delivered to my job address. EACH time I called, NOBODY would answer the phone and that alone is INEXCUSABLE. I have already made a complaint regarding this location because of it and more complaints will be made tomorrow.

The post office had no one in it on 09:06 A.M. on a Monday Morning when they're supposed to be open. I was specifically directed to this location from another location that said they couldn't send mail from a previous addressee at my apartment. What are we paying taxes for if there is no one working? Visited again, the staff was courteous and fast. So I raised my review to a 2.

With all due respect, it makes no sense to me that I am forced to make an appointment for my passport online (NO WALK-INS) only to be told when I get there it cannot be done because of some internet issue they have been having for over a week. Note that I work a full-time job and rarely enjoy my days off. While they did have a sign on the second pair of doors saying limited services, there was no explanation until I waited in line and got to the counter what services could be provided. I was redirected by their only employee to go to the circuit court downtown since I had recently become a walk-in. Again, with the upmost respect to that employee who helped me, this is terrible customer service. This definitely threw a wrench in my plans, and turned my 15 minute appointment into an over two hour adventure with parking garages, two post offices, metal detectors, and unfortunately the circuit court downtown. I hope to never need to use the post office again and advise anyone who will listen to exhaust all other options first.

They deliver the mail, when it's convenient for them.
