I got told my packages weren't delivered because I had put someone else's mail that has been sitting in my mailbox for months, on the ground. I asked if the carrier knocked or assumed no one lived there. He answered that because I had put mail on the stairs, they ASSUMED no one lived there. I asked again if he had knocked. He stated no then presumed to roll his eyes at me. Do your job! We shouldn't be paying for delivery to have to pick it up. Very unprofessional on your end.

This is outrageous! I know how informed delivery works. Ive been using it since it started. I see the mail should be delivered but it never comes. My box is empty every. single. day. Not even a random solicitation. Bring me my mail already.! Im waiting for my bank card. Even the card company says it shouldve been here on Monday. This is pathetic.. the SS office said their sent my card out the 25 of November and said I would have it by 2 weeks.. where are my taxes going since I pay y'all's paychecks
