The workers there are so lazy. It seems like every day they put a sign up on the door with a random reason why they can’t see customers. Today it said the building was flooded. It’s about a 25% chance they are open during their actual hours when you stop by.

Got there at 8:48. Someone behind me rang the bell and the employee came out saying “I don’t know why they’re ringing the bell, we’re not open.” But you open at 8:30. Hmm. Then she was generally unpleasant. They have a survey about your experience as you check out but not only can she see your answer that makes it awkward but she was hitting the happy face for people. I thought this was convenient on my way to work but I’ll go to another location from now on.

This is some of the things I have to deal with dealing with the Postal Service. Why wouldn’t you just bring it to my apt? Or leave it in the leasing office? Anything besides shoving an Amazon box in a tiny mailbox. And then because there’s no room my other mail was just shoved in.

Very rude customer service. They out of boxes too. Unreal. I came to this post office to get a flat rate box and they don't have any size of them. So I decided to grab a ready post box and when I was about to go out the door the old lady shout out " hey you have to pay for that box" I was unaware of that. I said ok how much is it and she replied " get in line she is going to help you out" so while waiting I heard them talking to each other that the old lady is about to retire. I'm thinking why she make me get in line when she is been working long enough to know the damn price of the box...she is about to retire from this job smh....so I waited and when I got to the clerk I said that and gave her a bad review at the screen when you pay with the meh 😕 face. The clerk got mad about it and started being rude saying "you just gave me a bad review because of her I know what you did and I don't like that"
