Directed by USPS window staff to a blue door down the hall to pickup mail. Proceeded to blue door with intercom button, pushed intercom, no answer...repeated 6 times...no answer. banged on door...no answer. Typical USPS customer service - awful.

Had an appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early. We didn't have copies and the lady at the counter was fully uninterested in providing any insight, help, or advice. She simply told us that we needed copies and as our appointment was in 10 minutes we wouldn't make that window. She made it clear that she would not help us in any capacity that wasn't as simple as entering data available. Unhelpful and awful service. Don't bother.

Just waiting for the someone people were talking about how their mail has been on hold for weeks, that they’ve been sent to/from several different locations, and how poor customer service has been. I came here because I haven’t gotten mail in weeks after buying a home after being directed to a diff location, then was quickly dismissed. I had to reiterate that I need to know where my mail is, ppl expect important things and for USPS to be short staffed (probably underpaying ppl) or taking upset customer complaints personally and giving them a hard time, it NOT ok.
