There was an email notification sent to the management team to notify the carrier to stop delivering and to hold the rest of the mail, but they didn’t relay the message. You also can’t speak to the managers until after 1 because they are in meetings from 11-1 Monday through Friday.

It's very annoying because it happened several times now. I'm from Chesapeake and they would send my package to somewhere in NC post office, then back do Dulles,Va. Usps is a complete mess.
