She simply told us that we needed copies and as our appointment was in 10 minutes we wouldn't make that window. She made it clear that she would not help us in any capacity that wasn't as simple as entering data available. Unhelpful and awful service. Don't bother.

I came here because I haven’t gotten mail in weeks after buying a home after being directed to a diff location, then was quickly dismissed. I had to reiterate that I need to know where my mail is, ppl expect important things and for USPS to be short staffed (probably underpaying ppl) or taking upset customer complaints personally and giving them a hard time, it NOT ok.
