It’s been three days and product shipping info hasn’t been changed/it hasn’t been scanned anywhere. When I showed up in person to inquire about this I was basically told to pound sand and no one offered a signal morsel of care, sympathy, or urgency regarding the situation. Don’t drop your packages in the box here.

There was an email notification sent to the management team to notify the carrier to stop delivering and to hold the rest of the mail, but they didn’t relay the message. You also can’t speak to the managers until after 1 because they are in meetings from 11-1 Monday through Friday.
