Even checked every other door in my apartment complex in case they made an honest mistake. Nothing. Checked with the folks at the front desk, still nothing. Now I am left without a protective case for my brand new $2,000 phone, scratching my head. Made a formal complaint to usps website, got a voicemail from Downs who said to call back. Called back dozens of times during working hours without an answer. The only thing I've been told so far is what I already knew: the package says delivered and my address is printed on the package. Does anyone have advice on how to hold these folks accountable for my lost package?

She was very polite, explained things, took my photo and affirmed everything with me and I sugned my app and its is off to be processed. Everyone was great! Hats off to them! Keep up the great work everybody! All the love right back at you guys!
