Its not bad place overall, but their Passport services needs some serious improvements. I have scheduled 3 or 4 appointments to have each one cancelled due to them not having anyone in who can do passports. Which is now causing me stress and all they can tell me is "The Court House is open until 4:45 PM" Like what is the point of scheduling an appointment when they don't have anyone in who can do them.

went in wanting to know why multiple packages i had for the holidays were not delivered even though it was stated that they were. woman at the counter not only was extremely rude and had an attitude, but ignored me while watching videos on her phone with her earbuds in. she also tried to tell me i was” being scammed “ for buying an item out of the USA and told me that me not receiving the package was “ not her problem “
