This is more the postal delivery. I understand it was raining heavily today. However, there were spots to put the box to have prevented it from being quite literally rained on. Box completely fell apart. Due to lack of care on USPS part it's very likely all items in package were ruined. So, thank you for that.

I just came in to send a package internationally. I was completely under prepared and not wise to what all I needed to do. The lady at the counter was SO friendly and helpful. I seriously seems like I had just arrived to planet earth the way I acted and she just took it in stride. I didn’t catch her name but lady I love you and you’re a real one.

I'm 82 years old. I've moved 16 times in my lifetime. Each time that I've moved, I've had the US Postal Service deliver my mail. Unquestionably, this is the worse Post Office that I've had.

This is the worst post office in Hampton Roads. The customer service was terrible. I walked into the post office and advised the clerk that i needed to ship a package. The clerk responded with a nasty attitude " Did you read the sign on the door". I stated no, and then she stared at me with an annoyed look. So I asked can you tell me whats on the sign instead of making me walk back out to read it. She stated that the printer was not working and that they are unable to print labels. The nasty unprovoked attitude was shocking.
