The notary went out of sight to have an employee on lunch break sign off as a witness, and then he had a second employee sign without seeing the transaction. No one actually witnessed the signature of the documents; all necessary information was not filled in by the notary; and the entire process was done in a very open place for anyone to see and hear.

They said UPS and AT&T were partners, if they were, they partnered against me, their consumer. AT&T states that the package never arrived and have subsequently charged me for this device that I turned into the UPS store #5919. The receipt they gave my daughter only has a “reference number” that NO ONE can reference. No help has been given and only lame excuses like “oh? We can’t reference this.” Have been the only answers. My daughter has reached out to the BBB and filled a complaint. I think I will have to reach out to authorities to see who stole this phone. FOR EVERYONE READING: DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE OR ITS STAFF! GET A TRACKING NUMBER FOR ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING YOU SEND. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PROPERTY AND CLAIM THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHATS HAPPENED. YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH THE BILL. THEY DON’T CARE.
