    This UPS can get quite busy but the employees quick attention to customers makes the line move quickly. I always go here for my Amazon returns which can be more confusing then they sound (box required, box not required, sealed, unsealed, etc). Rose is always so helpful with packaging, and makes sure my items are returned with care.

    This is the friendliest, most efficient UPS store around. I’ve been here dozens of times and always receive great service. At some times of the day there’s a long line, but it’s a very small location, so that’s to be expected at say, 5pm.

    I'd like to highlight my interaction with staff member Ms. Rose she has been very helpful and knowledgeable. Every visit I've made has been very stressless and productive, she has been hands on in explaining store services and solutions for my needs. I appreciate her professionalism and making it non irritating or uncomfortable when trying to process any transaction I need done. She is also pleasant to speak with, and engages in conversation making customers feel at ease. Furthermore i hope she is recognized for her valued service, this is the example of people that we need serving in the community, Thank you again Ms. Rose for making my experience a pleasant one, keep up the good work and more power God Bless.
