  I went to return 3 items for Amazon to the UPS store that I’ve been coming to for a while now. I was assisted today by Mahim whom I’ve never seen there before, but let me tell you something, the service he provided me was EXCEPTIONAL. After he greeted me when I walked up to the counter, he gave me a compliment on my hair which was sweet. Unbeknownst to me, two of the items were supposed to be ‘customer packed’ and I didn't realize it. He grabbed me the cheapest packaging to return the small items and didn’t make me move to the side to do it myself.(the store was busy and filled with customers and it was only him and a young lady assisting customers). And he was kind about the entire process. His entire attitude with pleasant, kind and considerate. I simply could not have asked any better service today because he gave it to me with a smile! 😊 He’s a great asset to this store!

  Great customer service and efficient Amazon returns. Please note that if your Amazon return QR code says a box is required, that means they need the AMAZON box it was shipped in. It’s not enough if your product is contained in the manufacturer’s or product box. Pro tip: f your return requires a box, bring your own packaging tape or you will be charged for tape.
