I offered to bring the items back properly sealed but without hesitation he said he would help me out. Very appreciative and will definitely use this location again for my ups needs.

On top of that, they made me purchase tape, claiming my box wasn’t secure enough. 10/10 would not recommend this UPS Store. Save yourself the hassle and drive an extra 5 minutes to Chesapeake or 10 minutes to Virginia Beach instead.
