One arrived correctly, but the second was marked as “delivered” even though my recipient never received it. There was also no delivery photo provided, which made the situation even more concerning. My husband went into the store to at least request a refund for the shipping cost since the package never actually made it. The employee working at the time said he couldn’t start the claim, took my husband’s information, and told him he would call or email us soon ,which never happened. We never received any follow-up at all. For how expensive UPS shipping is, the customer service here is extremely disappointing. On a previous visit, the woman working also seemed rude and unhelpful. Overall, this location lacks accountability and basic customer care. Because of this experience, I will never use UPS to ship again .. at least not from this location.
