  They love to ghost people. If you look on Reddit, it’s a very common thing they love to do. Do not give them your information because apparently they want to use your references to get insider knowledge of who is the manager to get more “clients”.

  A Staffing Partnership That Actually Cares I cannot say enough good things about Robert Half, and especially Kathleen and Chontel. Chontel was absolutely instrumental in my assignment at Norfolk State University. When my first assignment fell through, she did not skip a beat. She stayed engaged, encouraged me, and worked diligently to ensure I landed in the right place. Her site visits are such a bright spot. These are not your typical check ins. Chontel truly checks on you. She shows up with intention, asks the right questions, listens, and makes sure you feel supported. Her presence speaks volumes and reminds you that you are not just a placement, you are a person. And then there is Kathleen. Kathleen has an incredible way of reaching out at just the right time. Her touchpoints feel natural, comfortable, and perfectly timed. She has an innate ability to sense when you may need support, reassurance, or simply a check in, and she is always there. I can honestly say there has never been a moment when I reached out to Kathleen and she was not responsive, present, and ready to help. Kathleen makes you feel truly seen and genuinely heard. Her follow up and follow through are beyond reproach. She does not just provide guidance, she provides it from a place of real care, compassion, and authenticity. Every interaction feels thoughtful and human. She creates a space where you feel safe, valued, and supported, and that level of consistency is rare. Together, Kathleen and Chontel represent everything you would hope for in a staffing partnership. Attentive, supportive, professional, and deeply invested in the people they serve. They lead with heart, integrity, and excellence, and it shows in every interaction. Robert Half is incredibly fortunate to have them. If every professional experience came with this level of care, follow through, and heart, the workplace would be a much better place.

  They were quick to get me an interview. I landed the job! But the wages for the assignment was very low. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone when other temp agencies pay better.
