I will be surprised if any package isn’t delivered without holes, rips, or if internal… product broken, smashed, or broken. FedEx is the only way as far as I’m concerned!

It was very difficult to pull a loaded cart up the wet staircase. There’s no way this location is accessible by wheelchair or ADA compliant. Staff were friendly once inside.
