  THIS STORE IS FRAUDULENT. I called UPS corporate, this is not an authorized store. Just a drop off. They are supposed to keep a manifest of the packages they send out. They do not! They stole my daughter’s phone! It was supposed to be sent back to Verizon, they would not provide her or me with a tracking number. In addition, they didn’t give her a receipt. She went to the police, y’all stole from the wrong folks this time! James Counsel didn’t want to provide me with any information, my daughter states that she gave the phone to a woman. Mr. Counsel stated he doesn’t know who that is! Really? Were you in the west wing of the store? No worries I got y’all 😉

  The older white bald male out the store treated me very unkindly and was unprofessional. Unacceptable customer service. I go here because it’s closer to me but I won’t be back if he’s working! This is not his first time being rude and I witnessed him being rude to another customer. Ridiculous.

  Knowledgeable staff. The staff recommended solution for a package issue I had and were super fast to help.

  I've always had a really easy time returning or shipping out items at the AUPS store. Sometimes the lines are long but they get to you very quickly. Far better than Fed-Ex.
