She barely looked at the paperwork I had and immediately jumped to the assumption that I was being scammed. She told me that the copies of my ID couldn’t be used because of the background color, which I later found out was false when I went to the USPS on Turnberry in Newport News. — To the woman who assisted me, just because YOU haven’t heard of something doesn’t mean it’s not real. We are in 2026. There are new ways to do things.
