- RCRiva ChristianNov 14, 20251.0I need for the supervisor to tighten up on their workers.I went there yesterday about a package missing and placed in another mailbox.And they didn't fix my issue yet.I will be coming to the post office today. And I don't want to speak to no one but the supervisor because I need to know how they running that post office and have hummed, my package is missing. This is the second time less than two weeks. This has happened. So the front desk worker was like, oh that's chris.He's in your route.Okay, if it's chris hit his phone up and let him know what he did wrong.So he can go take care of the situation but it doesn't matter.I'll be there today

Multiple times me and my children’s mail and packages have came up missing or tampered with. 8/14/2025 a mail carrier lied about delivering my package when they did not as I was home all day and no one even made an attempt. After contacting the Consumer & Inquiry Contact Office post master, who instructed this office to further investigate, they did absolutely nothing to assist or explain why my package was marked as delivered when no came to my home.

- MJMr. JJun 29, 20251.0Hello, I go to this post office all the time and the customer service from one particular employee is just straight up disrespectful. The tall older black man who's always in the right hand corner. His tone with "certain" customers is very disrespectful. I've noticed that he greets the older customers very nicely but has a bias against younger customers. He's very rude and impatient with younger men and women or the ones who may appear young. With the younger customers, He'll muffle his voice because he doesn't want to greet you or just look at you and Just nod his head instead of verbally greeting you. He'll rudely speak to you in an impatient manner and rudely respond to any questions you may have. This is not just a personal experience either. I've seen him do it multiple times with "certain" customers. No one else in the post office does it but him. Has anyone else noticed this or experienced this disrespectful customer service from him? I will be filing a formal complaint with his supervisor the next time!
