- FBFreddie BFeb 7, 20261.0I typically don't leave reviews but here we go ....I moved in November and it's February and still no mailbox Key. 1st someone didn't send it off. that was after 1 month, then it was going to get resent. Never did. So by Month 2, I had to fill out a new sheet to get my 1st and original mailbox key. Im confused why my property manager are using them at all to be honest, maybe they need to hire a few more people, I'm just saying something not right in there somewhere. They probably should consider a customer service representative.
- CNComet NelsonJan 27, 20261.0When you go to this post office please take any mail or packages to the clerk or go to another one because if you put it in the mail bin they will not process your mail even when it shows times on the wall. They won't do it until they ready and when you try to check on it, they only going to say they have alot of mail plus they don't answer the phone. This is the only post office I had issues with.

It was literally 10 min before they closed, so once I realized, I couldnt go back. Customer service said they have a section for UPS packages bc it happens very often. I went back the next morning and the woman that was working was on the phone and not concerned about helping me. She didnt even try to check to see if my package was still there. After waiting almost 10 minutes to be helped, she just said " oh its already on the plane". I know this was MY mistake, but it would have been nice for her to check and see if there was a lime green package still waiting in the back, being that I was told all UPS packages are set aside until someone comes to pick them up. It still hasn't been scanned, meaning it hasn't been picked up yet.
