Very inconvenient desk hours. They don't open until an hour after work starts, and close an hour before I get out. Closed on weekends too, I can get slips and envelopes from my box, but any packages go through the desk, making it so I have either be at work late or leave early to pick up my packages.
It's either this or risk my mail getting snatched at my apartment door. But at least I can access my mail then.

Answer your phone!! Called 3 times in the last 3 hours, each time I called I was ringing for over 3 minutes, might as well just disconnect your phone service, actually ridiculous.

Poor customer service! Scheduled for a passport appointment. Receive a call 45 mins before my apt saying they could not take our photo because the camera was broken and we needed to obtain a photo elsewhere where. Arrived 10 mins past the apt after 4 stops to find a place to take our photo and watch the lady lock the door and head to the back as I sat waiting at the counter waiting for them to respond to the bell. Left with no passport or care to their part in the situation. Extremely unprofessional and have a hard time believing that my apt was only 10 mins long! Enjoy your early Friday at my expense
