- FSFelincia SpruillFeb 25, 20261.0I went to this location today to ship a package off to my daughter. The most impolite experience I have ever had. There were two women in there. One was younger and an older one. The younger one was assisting me with locating the pen and label to place on my package. The older lady comes up with such rudeness. Did not say hello or hey guys we will be closing soon. No what she said was okay yall we trying to get out of here on time like yall. I ignored that gester. I did find it to be rude but I said okay, I'll ignore. Just need my package shipped. But when I get to the register and she's doing hand gestures and telling me to hurry up, she's just saying because she has to shut her terminal down by 5.... I had enough. I explained to her that there is a such thing as customer service. I understand you would like to get off in time but no customer deserves to be treated so unimportant especially when your job is service. I know that companies need employees but there are other people looking for employment that I'm sure will display way better customer service attributes. Im sure there are cameras in there where this display can be seen and based on what reviews I'm seeing I'm not the only person. This has not been addressed yet?!! Wow. Question is to the manager would you like them to treat any member of your family this way? Before you feel it's an issue that's worth correcting? Just trying to understand.

Got in there and forgot my lady and the slim lady charge me for the label and when I tried to tell her I got my label from the car, she said I lie and was very rude and disrespectful and dismissive. She literally told me I stole a 99cents label when in all truth I had that label in my car from months ago and thank God I had my husband was with me. The older lady tried to help but the slim lady was so rude but I give a peace of my mind before leaving and I won't ever be going back here because they're rude and very unprofessional. If I could give a minus star I will

The old black lady behind the counter today had a nasty attitude for reason, January 29, 2026 3:18pm. I know good help is hard to find, but wow. And why do i have to leave at least one star just to post this review. that's one star more than this location deserves. Anyways, avoid this location if possible.
