    Went there to notarize a documents, both employees did not understand the type of document that needed the notary signature and made no effort to do so. I went to AAA branch and got it done in 5 min. This store will never see me again.

    12/24/2025: I was at this UPS Store yesterday to return a small (yet HEAVY!) fireplace heater to Amazon. I was already stressed out over the fact it was DEFECTIVE…. and was on the verge of tears! JAMES, the UPS Customer Service Representative, sensed all that, and offered to get it from my car. This young man went up & beyond to help me. I just want his Superiors to know what an asset he truly is…. MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

    Something fishy going on here! Received the email on 12/08/25 that my package from a well known sports apparel company had been delivered to the UPS store location of 11712 Jefferson Ave STE C and was ready for pick up. I arrived at this location 12/10/25 as I had in the past to pick up a similar package from the same shipper and the 1st associate was unable to locate the package. She began to seek help from another associate (Jackie) who confirmed the package was not at this location. I showed the live UPS tracking which stated the package was there. A third associate (James) who had been helping another customer chimed in and stated he sent the package back as it did not have the right identification code (D2R) on the package to link to an account. Jackie promptly responded saying you don’t have a mailbox here and the sender doesn’t have an account here, so that is why we sent it back as that has to go through corporate if you don’t have an account. I began to question this answer as I have not heard anything about this or had a problem picking up the exact similar package in the past. James followed up with his explanation that my package and (2) other packages belonging to another customer from a well known electronics manufacturer were both sent back by him due to the packaging not having (D2R) on the label. I explained this makes no sense and I requested Jackie write out the exact reason this happened so I can contact the sender and get an explanation. James provided a package for an example to show me what the label should have. (Attached is the note she drafted and my package box after I finally got it) I called the sender and was assured the package was delivered correctly and that there was no problem on their end. On 12/11/25 I contacted UPS Corporate and was informed Jackie signed for the package 12/08/25 and the package has not left the store per the tracking system and was instructed to return the store to receive my package and that if they did not provide it, to call the police for fraud. I returned to the store that same day and spoke with James regarding the instructions from corporate. He stated that I guess you need to call the police department. He then called Jackie who confirmed that if that is what I need to do then do it. James then called the driver who picks up the returned packages to see if he could provide some insight with no resolution. I questioned James regarding the chain of custody as this package is still showing up at this location and he could not answer. He requested I leave my name and phone number so the driver can check the clerk’s office and he will call me back. I received a voicemail stating the driver was looking into further. James called me 12/12/25 and said the driver brought the package back and I can pick it up. When I arrived, the line was out the front door and James rushed up to me with my package. I asked if it needed to be scanned or anything else and he said “nope, you’re good to go! Have a great day”. The tracking has never changed status stating the package has been received by the UPS store and is ready for pickup. Save yourself the headache and runaround by choosing another option if possible!
