  I bought a Speed Queen TC5 from Ferguson online and it has been nothing but a disaster. From the very first loads, the machine left clothes dirty and ate holes in them — especially anything thin or delicate. I immediately called Ferguson to return it. They told me to call Speed Queen. Speed Queen told me to call Ferguson. After going in circles, Ferguson finally contacted Speed Queen for me. Speed Queen sent out a repair technician. The tech looked at the machine and straight-up told me the problem: it has a faulty design with spaces under the fins that catch thin clothing and rip holes in it. When Ferguson followed up with Speed Queen about the tech’s findings, Speed Queen’s response was that the design is on purpose so the fins will be flexible. So Speed Queen's chosen repair guy calls it a defect, but the company refuses to stand behind the product. Neither Ferguson nor Speed Queen will give me my money back, replace the machine, or do anything to fix this. I’m stuck with a washer that destroys my laundry and doesn’t even clean it properly. Do NOT buy a Speed Queen washer from Ferguson. The commercial-grade marketing is misleading — it’s just rough on real people’s clothes, and the customer service from both companies is complete finger-pointing and denial. Save your money and your wardrobe.

  No care from the store location in Pittsburgh about my poor experience. Product delivered that we didn’t pick. The manager was zero help and didn’t care

  Ordered from Ferguson for the first time. A single ceiling lamp thinking I could get future items from them for my home renovation. Item shipped many weeks later, which is fine, but it arrived to the wrong address. There are no return or refund policies shared with me when I contacted customer service. I was just told due to it being an online order, and inputted incorrectly, they cannot provide a refund or return, or another manner of assistance. Disappointing interaction and resolution. *EDIT* 10/29/25 A sale manager, Brian K., reached out to me after my first interaction with a sale associate. He was open to hearing my situation and was able to refund me for the item I ordered. I appreciate the time and effort he took in helping me and am pleased with the resolution. :)
