  Ordered from Ferguson for the first time. A single ceiling lamp thinking I could get future items from them for my home renovation. Item shipped many weeks later, which is fine, but it arrived to the wrong address. There are no return or refund policies shared with me when I contacted customer service. I was just told due to it being an online order, and inputted incorrectly, they cannot provide a refund or return, or another manner of assistance. Disappointing interaction and resolution. *EDIT* 10/29/25 A sale manager, Brian K., reached out to me after my first interaction with a sale associate. He was open to hearing my situation and was able to refund me for the item I ordered. I appreciate the time and effort he took in helping me and am pleased with the resolution. :)

  This is not a solicited feedback request - I just did it because I'm really happy with the service I received. I needed help ordering a special type of sink for a really tight space. The measurements had to be spot on so I consulted a rep via chat. She was very patient working with me and we were able to work through some numbers which in the end allowed me to construct a scale templet. Once I checked it, I submitted the order and what I received was spot on. Very happy with the product and it fit to a "T" - thanks guys!

  I absolutely love working for this amazing company! I’ve had the privilege of going to headquarters twice now for recognition for some safety rap videos that I was able to work with headquarters on for health and safety. Kevin Murphy is a great human being and so is everybody else who works for this company!

  I’m very disappointed to confirm that based on my experience with the Ferguson Ann Arbor Michigan Showroom that all the negative reviews that this Company has received are most likely well deserved. This is amateur hour at it’s very worst. Order significantly messed up and my rep blames everyone /thing but themselves. Call your customer representative, leave multiple messages and she denies ever having received any of them even though instructed by her to call her direct line which I did. Once I did reach her promises to call back before she meets with her first “scheduled customer” and still waiting to hear from her — things really must be slow following a Holiday weekend or maybe just another .....? If there is anyone in this organization that cares about customer service I really would like to hear from them as this has been the worst customer service I’ve experienced with any supplier of any kind. Please call your Ann Arbor Office — they have my number.
