Item shipped many weeks later, which is fine, but it arrived to the wrong address. There are no return or refund policies shared with me when I contacted customer service. I was just told due to it being an online order, and inputted incorrectly, they cannot provide a refund or return, or another manner of assistance. Disappointing interaction and resolution. *EDIT* 10/29/25 A sale manager, Brian K., reached out to me after my first interaction with a sale associate. He was open to hearing my situation and was able to refund me for the item I ordered. I appreciate the time and effort he took in helping me and am pleased with the resolution. :)

I needed help ordering a special type of sink for a really tight space. The measurements had to be spot on so I consulted a rep via chat. She was very patient working with me and we were able to work through some numbers which in the end allowed me to construct a scale templet. Once I checked it, I submitted the order and what I received was spot on. Very happy with the product and it fit to a "T" - thanks guys!
