They found me a much better shipping option for some late Xmas gifts than what I had thought I needed when I preshopped online. Staff like these folks make all the difference. Won't take my big shipping projects anywhere else in the future.

The last 2 months I've been sending packages with prepaid slips associated to them and using this location. The other day the man working at the Backlick location told me I could not send my mail from that location because they do not get the credit for it. I usually drop it in a road side box, but I find it better to walk it into the office and get a receipt. We went back and forth, he was very passive aggressive. I should be able to send a package from any US Post Office. Now I do not go to this location AT ALL or I drop it in one of the road side boxes. It's too bad. I encourage the use of the post office versus other options, but I don't encourage using this location. PS - I know this guy is a good worker and his coworker is fantastic, but this was just an unfortunate situation. I hate that I can not go here anymore.
