- MBMichele BlankenshipJan 8, 20241.0They never leave my mail ever. I been needing some very important papers and it is always a hassle to get. Especially in Craig County Virginia. Just a little update I'm still having trouble with the postal service up here in New Castle. I had a package that was suppose to be delivered today March 3rd they leave a notice claiming they couldn't leave said package bc of mail box being full i get home and check my full box only to see it was empty. They need to do better. Stop being LAZY
